Visiting Riyadh on Ummrah Visa?

After they arrive Saudi Arabia, go to Jawazat Office with your Iqama and their original passport. Do not forget to take written permission from the travel agent who processed their umrah visa. If Jawazat agrees then they will give you one paper that will enable them to travel anywhere in the Kingdom with in visa time frame.
