What color breeches with my brown plaid hunt coat and salmon shirt?

I have a light brown high quality hunt coat, and a salmon colored show shirt. What color breeches should I get for this? I want to look good, but I'm sick of the boring tan/beige breeches. Would light gray look good? Or should I go with a darker beige color?
