How to create a cute style?

I really want to add some cute accents to my wardrobe, I already have one pair of black shorts, tan union bay shorts and plaid union bay shorts, capris that go down to my mid shin and bermuda's that are jean material. For shirts: I have a couple plain colored t's, 3 v necks that are pink, blue and striped, one graphic tshirt and a scoop neck tshirt that has like a bunch of different patterns on it mixed into one. I don't own any sundresses. What can I add to my wardrobe (shoes too!) that will make it more cute, even jewlery ideas that would be great!
