buy some clearisil ultra face wash and 4 hour spot treatment its in a long box about 4-5 inches big...well wash your back with the face wash then after you get out of the shower put the spot treatment on it and it will noticeably reduce the redness and all you have to do is repeat this 3 times a day and your acne should go away pretty dam fast
