Identity of man seen at Adrien Broner Fight Saturday night?

Does anyone know the identity of the black man with gray hair seen at many boxing matches in the ring when the decision in announced. Most recently seen at the Adrien Broner fight standing to the fighter's left and wearing a yellow plaid shirt He was helping Broner put on his belts after the fight . He was also at the ESPN fight the night before. I have seen him at many fights and have never heard him interviewed or make any statements.
