My cushion covers bled in the wash. Is there any way to fix it?

I didn't have any care instructions for the cushion covers on my sofa, so I washed them in cold water with regular detergent on gentle. The red plaid ran into the cream background and created so awful pink streaks. Is there anything I can do to fix it??
