Need Petal Plaid Porcelain, or Something Like it?

I want to make some really nice flower arrangements with baskets, and my grandmother said someone she knew used Petal Plaid Porcelain agent. But it is impossible to find. Every time I look online it says sorry we do not make this product anymore. I need to either find it or something that works just like it does. Can some really smart craft people help me? PLEASE =)
