University of Arizona - What Are My Chances?

I am an Arizona resident, and I will be a Senior next year. I have a 3.9 GPA and love to work with special needs people. However, I don't know my chances of getting into the Honor's dorm. I would love to live in Yuma, but only 184 people can live there. I am REALLY determined to live in that dorm. Therefore, how can I make sure I am able to live there and not in a different dorm?
